我們正在尋找一位機械設計研發PM，協助我們主導智慧回收軟硬整合產品中，所有硬體機械相關的開發和優化，來提升我們的團隊整體能力。此職位需要負責需求彙整、專案排程、產品前期設計、發包、組裝測試、產品改良優化和客戶端技術支援，以提高產品操作與維修效率和安全性為目標。此職缺位於台南市，需要配合出差，有可遠端工作的彈性。

職責範疇

1. 視覺影像辨識設備

• 積極參與團隊內部會議，蒐集過往使用經驗，實際了解舊版機器在組裝、使用以及維修上的問題點
  
• 積極了解設備設計如何符合客戶及團隊需求
• 負責與主管溝通提出未來改良優化方案以及具體執行時程
• 負責產品未來改版後協助公司成員管理BOM表、組裝測試、出貨以及庫存

2. 自動化機械手臂

• 跟進與手臂系統整合供應商合作的開發進度，負責後續驗收
• 協助監督系統整合供應商出貨至客戶現場確保順利安裝
• 提供客戶交貨驗收單以及製作客戶使用操作說明書，確保產品能被客戶順利使用
• 建立客服流程，擔任客戶服務的主要窗口，確保未來客戶使用操作產品有問題時能順利被解決
  

3. 新產品研發設計

• 負責與主管溝通，確保產品前期設計方向符合內部期待
• 獨立與供應商討論設計和製作新型機械系統和元件的原型
• 確保供應商報價合理且符合預算範圍
• 分析機械系統的可靠性和效率是否達成預期
• 管理有限的時間資源，進行專案工作排程並確保供應商如期交付產品

4. 供應商產品設計專案

• 跟進與設備開發供應商合作的開發進度
• 協助主管進行報價審核以及預算管理
• 協助後續產品落地後推出市場時蒐集市場反饋

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Project Manager to lead the development and optimization of all hardware machinery related to our smart recycling integrated products. This role aims to enhance our team’s overall capabilities. The position involves requirements gathering, project scheduling, preliminary design, outsourcing, assembly testing, and improvements to ensure future product operation and maintenance efficiency and safety. This role is based in Tainan City, with required travel and flexible remote work options.

Responsibilities:

1. Visual Recognition Equipment
   • Actively participate in internal team meetings to gather past usage experiences and understand issues with the assembly, usage, and maintenance of existing machines.
   • Proactively understand how equipment design meets team requirements.
   • Communicate with supervisors to propose future improvement plans and specific execution timelines.
   • Assist team members in managing BOM, assembly testing, shipping, and inventory for future product revisions.
2. Automated Robotic Arms
   • Follow up on the development progress with robotic arm system integration suppliers and handle subsequent acceptance.
   • Supervise the installation of systems at customer sites to ensure smooth installation.
   • Provide customers with delivery acceptance forms and user manuals to ensure smooth product usage.
   • Establish customer service processes and act as the main point of contact to resolve any operational issues.
3. New Product Development & Design
   • Communicate with the product director to ensure the preliminary design direction meets internal expectations.
   • Independently discuss design and prototype new mechanical systems and components with suppliers.
   • Ensure supplier quotations are reasonable and within budget.
   • Analyze the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems to meet expectations.
   • Manage limited time resources, schedule project work, and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
4. Supplier Design Project
   
   • Follow up on the development progress with equipment suppliers.
   • Assist supervisors in quotation review and budget management.
   • Collect market feedback after product launch.

• Knowledge or project experience in robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced development environment.
• Collaborate with software developers to assist in hardware-software integration.
• Technical documentation and reporting.
