Job Description

【Summary】

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is responsible for providing professional e-commerce and marketing consultancy to our clients. This position is the voice of the customer, formed by collecting valuable clients’ feedback. As the bridge between our product team and the market, you'll be communicating with our clients and working with our product team closely to convert the customer insight you collected from interviews into our potential new product features. Join us to build the outstanding Akohub product and promote it to the world.

As the Customer Success Manager at Akohub, you will learn how to adopt the newest marketing/advertising technology to help e-commerce brands achieve greater marketing performance with less workload. You will have opportunities to communicate with e-commerce merchants all over the world and assist them with professional digital marketing strategies.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Assist and optimize the product on-boarding process for our clients.
  • Provide e-commerce marketing/advertising professional 1:1 consultancy including advanced Facebook/Google ads, e-commerce marketing automation, customer data analytics solutions to our clients. (We have a training program)
  • Analyze our e-commerce clients’ ad campaign performance and propose better suggestions.
  • Schedule online interviews with clients to discover their needs, collect product feedback and experiences. Write customer successful stories.
  • Help the team convert clients’ needs into business opportunities.

Requirements

1. Have at least 1 year experience in customer success, business development or marketing.

2. Fluent in English writing and speaking. Great communication skills.

3. Experienced in customer support/interview or professional consultancy.

4. Nice to have related experiences in Facebook ads, Google ads, email marketing, or Shopify operations.

5. Passionate about digital advertising/marketing technology (Facebook / Google) and e-commerce industry (Shopify).
