Backend Engineer(數據後端開發工程師)
Job Description
職位描述：
- 負責數據平台後端系統的性能優化與故障排查，確保系統的高穩定性與可靠性；
- 參與數據ETL開發和任務優化，涵蓋離線與即時數據的開發工作；
- 引入新興數據處理技術和工具，持續提升數據開發的效率與質量；
- 協助團隊成員解決技術問題，提升團隊整體技術實力。
Requirements
- 本科及以上學歷，具備2年以上Python或Golang開發經驗，熟悉大數據平台的部署與維護；
- 熟悉MySQL、Elasticsearch、數據倉庫、消息佇列等相關技術；
- 了解廣告歸因業務，有廣告歸因平台（如Adjust、Appsflyer）經驗者優先；
- 具備強大的學習能力，良好的溝通技巧，並擁有分析與處理複雜問題的能力。
