工作職責 (負責開拓台灣市場)
- 品牌策略制定與執行：
- 協助制定和執行個人品牌策略，確保個人品牌的形象與市場需求相符。
- 分析市場趨勢，提供品牌建議和改進方案。
- 社交媒體管理：
- 管理和運營個人品牌的社交媒體帳號，包括內容創作、發布和互動。
- 分析社交媒體數據，優化內容策略，提升粉絲互動率和品牌曝光度。
- 公關與媒體關係：
- 協助安排媒體採訪、新聞發布會和其他公關活動。
- 與媒體和公關公司建立和維護良好關係，確保獲得正面曝光。
- 活動策劃與執行：
- 參與策劃和組織各類品牌活動，如簽名會、粉絲見面會等。
- 確保活動順利進行，並收集活動反饋以進行改進。
- 內容創作與管理：
- 協助創作品牌相關內容，如翻譯、文案、照片和視頻等。
- 管理和存檔品牌相關的所有資料，確保資料的完整和安全。
- 合作與代言：
- 協助洽談和管理2B/2C品牌合作和代言活動，確保合作雙方的需求和利益得到滿足。
- 準備合約和其他相關文件，確保合作順利進行。
- 數據分析與報告：
- 收集和分析各種品牌數據，定期撰寫報告，提供決策支持。
- 跟蹤和評估品牌活動效果，提出優化建議。
Requirements
- 教育背景：
- 市場營銷、傳播學、公共關係或相關專業的學士學位。
- 工作經驗：
- 3年以上有娛樂行業/媒體或相關領域的工作經驗者優先。
- 了解台灣KOL/YouTuber生態
- 技能要求：
- 優秀的中文和英文溝通和寫作能力，能夠撰寫有吸引力的品牌文案。
- 熟悉各大社交媒體平台的運營和管理。
- 具備創意思維，能夠創作新穎的品牌內容。
- 擅長數據分析，能夠根據數據提供策略建議。
- 個人素質：
- 有責任心，能夠在壓力下工作，並靈活應對各種突發情況。
- 優秀的組織和時間管理能力，能夠同時處理多項任務。
- 良好的團隊合作精神，能夠與不同部門和人員協作。
- 你有台灣居留權
工作地點：在家/遠距工作 (在台灣可以聯繫)
工作時間：每月20-30小時，彈性工作時間
