Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our rapidly growing Taipei office. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping us develop and secure new enterprise clients for our innovative enterprise browser solutions. Your technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, will be essential in bridging the gap between our engineering team and prospective clients. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cybersecurity and have a strong background in technical sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our cybersecurity products, specifically our enterprise browser solutions, and be able to articulate the unique value proposition to potential clients.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, and provide technical support during the sales process.
  3. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the features and benefits of our enterprise browser solutions.
  4. Respond to technical questions, concerns, and objections raised by prospects, and provide clear, concise, and accurate information to help address their needs.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, and act as a trusted advisor on matters related to our cybersecurity products.
  6. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product improvements, customer requirements, and market trends.
  7. Create and maintain technical sales documentation, including product guides, whitepapers, case studies, and FAQs, to support the sales process.
  8. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent our company and stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  9. Assist in the development and delivery of sales training for new and existing team members.
  10. Continuously expand your knowledge of cybersecurity and related technologies to stay current with industry developments.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or software industry.
  3. Strong understanding of enterprise browser solutions, network security, web technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
  4. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Proven track record of successfully managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  6. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and events.
  10. Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or networking (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CCNA) are considered a plus.
