我們正在尋找一位 細心、反應快、執行力強 的活動經理，加入 Ascent 團隊，負責規劃並執行對內與對外活動，包括：公開活動、體驗課、招生活動、成果發表、品牌合作與異業合作等。
你將與 教務、分校、行銷 團隊密切合作，把活動從「想法」落地成「現場」，並進一步讓每場活動都能：
- 提升組織凝聚力
- 強化品牌影響力
- 創造可延伸的內容與口碑
這個職位適合喜歡掌控節奏、享受現場、能在混亂中理出秩序的人——你將真正參與教育品牌的成長與擴張。
工作內容
① 活動企劃與統籌
- 規劃並執行對外活動：公開活動、體驗課、招生活動、品牌合作等
- 規劃並執行對內活動：師訓/內訓、團隊活動、年會等
- 活動流程設計：活動架構、流程 run down、現場節奏與人力配置
② 專案管理與跨部門協作
- 專案時程控管、分工安排、資源整合（教務/分校/行銷）
- 與合作夥伴、場地、供應商接洽與執行（含異業合作）
- 活動行政與物資管理：報名系統、名單整理、物資採購與追蹤
③ 現場執行與危機處理
- 活動現場統籌（排班、控場、動線、流程掌握）
- 突發狀況快速解決，確保活動品質與參與者體驗
④ 活動復盤與流程優化
- 活動後資料整理、成效分析與改善建議
- 建立可複製 SOP，提升活動效率與品質一致性
人選條件
教育與經驗
- 大專以上學歷，科系不限
- 具 教育、業務、顧問服務、活動企劃 相關經驗者尤佳
- 對教育產業、學生學習成長與品牌活動具熱忱
能力與特質
- 良好溝通與協調能力，能清楚、專業進行對內對外聯繫
- 主動積極、具責任感，能獨立完成交辦事項
- 具時間管理與組織能力，可同時處理多項任務
- 熟悉 Google Workspace（Docs/Sheets/Slides/Calendar/Drive）
- 具中英文口說與書寫能力（可進行基本商務溝通）

工時與薪資
- 每週工時：40 小時（可依課程與活動需求彈性排班）
- 排班需求：需可配合部分週末排班（活動期間）
- 薪資待遇：NT$50,000～60,000／月（依能力與經驗調整）
- 上班地點：小巨蛋 或 忠孝敦化（可彈性安排）

Our Mission
With the rapid advancement of AI and evolving global industries, the younger generation's future is marked by "uncertainty." The OECD and McKinsey & Company have both emphasized that critical thinking is essential for the future workforce but is currently underdeveloped. Ascent Academy was founded to cultivate young leaders capable of navigating this uncertainty and addressing global challenges.
Our approach focuses on developing critical thinking through English-based debate, reading, and writing. Rather than rote memorization, we center our curriculum on global social issues, encouraging logical reasoning, analysis, and discussion. We partner with social organizations for high school students to offer leadership programs that integrate soft skills and real-world project implementation, fostering both practical and social impact.
