兼職專案助理（Part-time Project Assistant）
Job Description
我們正在尋找一位細心、主動、具國際溝通能力的兼職專案助理，協助 Tournament / Elite Program Manager 推動思躍的重要專案。此職位將實際參與國際賽事合作、專案籌辦與教育活動執行，是深入了解教育產業與國際競賽運作的絕佳機會。
工作內容包含：
- 協助與國外辯論賽事主辦單位進行中英文書信往來，建立並維繫合作關係
- 協助籌辦思躍內部比賽與成果發表活動
- 參與規劃並執行與台灣當地學校合辦之教育／競賽專案
- 支援菁英辯論計畫與賽事相關之行政與專案事務
理想人選條件：
教育與經驗
- 大專以上學歷，科系不限，具教育、業務或顧問服務相關經驗者尤佳
- 對教育產業、學生學習成長或顧問型服務具高度熱忱
能力與特質
- 良好的溝通表達與協調能力，能清楚、專業地進行對內與對外聯繫
- 主動積極、具責任感，能在專案中獨立完成交辦事項
- 具備良好的時間管理與組織能力，可同時處理多項任務
- 熟悉基本辦公軟體（Google Workspace）
- 中英文口說溝通、書寫能力(須近母語程度)
工時與薪資
- 每週工時：至少 20 小時，可依課程與賽事需求彈性排班
- 排班需求：需可配合部分週末排班（賽事或活動期間）
- 薪資待遇：時薪 NT$220–250，依經驗與能力調整

Our Mission
