Job Description
In ACC Management Trainee program, you can learn the underlying principles of running a business, avoid common pitfalls, pitch ideas more effectively, validate your financing or non-financing product, develop a solid business model, and set yourself up for success in a field where failure is common.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates (terbuka untuk semua jurusan)
- Minimal pendidikan S1 dengan IPK minimal 3.00
- Maksimal usia 25 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam memimpin suatu organisasi
- Memiliki kemampuan konseptual dan negosiasi yang baik
- Memiliki daya analisa dan perencanaan yang kuat
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia
- Sudah dinyatakan lulus (memiliki surat keterangan lulus/ ijazah) dan bersedia memulai program pada periode 15 Juli 2025
