【About the role】
As a Technical Support at awoo, you will be the key technical coordinator between our clients and our product teams, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of awoo's AI-powered MarTech solutions.
1.Deep dive into our customers' business cases, data, and constraints to ensure the optimal usage of awoo's AI-empowered solutions.
2.Develop in-depth knowledge of awoo's solutions: you will be familiar with all the details from development, service operation, to the sales strategy.
3.Work with Product, Development, and Technical Solutions teams to support successful adoption of awoo's solutions, including providing appropriate documentation and technical guidance.
4.Develop technical solutions for customers by working out existing product implementation based on data integration and service application recommendations.
5.Discuss the product definition, implementation, and operation, clarify issues with the customer and consolidate the feedbacks to Product and Development teams on behalf of the customer.
6.Optimize business outcomes for customers by leveraging awoo’s AI and data assets.

【Responsibilities】
1.Assist clients in integrating awoo’s solutions based on their business goals and technical environments.
2.Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them through close collaboration with internal (e.g., Engineering, Product) and external (Client's technical teams) stakeholders.
3.Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize/analyze data effectively.
4.Clarify client technical requirements and coordinate with the appropriate teams to achieve desired outcomes.
5.Provide market and user-experience insights to the Product team to support continuous product improvement.

【About you/Essential】
1.Strong knowledge of SQL and JavaScript.
2.Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web SDK-related solutions.
3.Excellent research and summarization skills to process complex information effectively.
4.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, logical, and easily understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies; self-motivated and capable of independent learning.
6.At least 2 years of experience in a relevant technical support or technical consulting position.

1.BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2.Knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and GTM (Google Tag Manager).
3.Familiarity with ad tracking technologies.
4.Experience with data analysis and a strong ability to use data to support executive decision-making.
5.Previous experience in a client-facing role with hands-on issue troubleshooting in a SaaS or MarTech environment.
