E-commerce Operations Job description 職務內容：

• Shelf Management 產品上架管理 / 商品管理
  • Assist in organizing and listing product information, ensuring basic data accuracy and updates, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. Complete product categorization and tagging under team guidance.
  • 商品情報の整理と掲載をサポートし、商品説明、画像、価格などの基本情報が正確で更新されていることを確認します。チームの指導のもとで商品分類やタグ設定を行います。
  • 協助產品資料整理與上架，確保基本資料的正確性與更新，包括商品描述、圖片及價格等，並在團隊指導下完成產品分類及標籤設置。
• Visual Decoration 視覺設計與佈置 / ビジュアルデコレーション
  • Assist in updating visual content on pages, uploading and adjusting images and text according to design guidelines, and helping maintain the visual consistency of the brand.
  • ページ上のビジュアルコンテンツの更新をサポートし、デザインガイドラインに基づき画像やテキストをアップロード・調整し、ブランドの視覚的一貫性を維持します。
  • 協助頁面視覺內容的更新，根據設計指引上傳與調整圖片及文字，協助維持品牌視覺的一致性。
• Event Execution and Operation 活動策劃與執行 / イベントの実行と運営
  • Assisted with pre-event preparations, organized and uploaded relevant materials, and conducted basic progress tracking and data collection during the event.
  • イベント前の準備作業をサポートし、関連資料の整理を行います。イベント期間中には、進捗管理とデータ収集を行います。
  • 配合活動前的準備工作，協助活動相關資料的整理及上傳，並在活動期間進行基本進度追蹤與資料收集。
• Online Service Support 線上客服支援 / オンラインサービスサポート
  • Assist in responding to basic customer inquiries and messages, understanding customer needs and common issues, and escalating special or complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
  • 基本的な顧客問い合わせやメッセージに対応し、顧客のニーズやよくある質問を把握します。必要に応じて、特殊または複雑な問題については上司に報告します。
  • 協助回覆基礎客戶詢問及留言，了解顧客的需求與常見問題，並在需要時向上級反映特殊或複雜問題。
• Email Marketing 電子郵件行銷 / メールマーケティング
  • Support gathering email marketing materials and basic layout design, assisting with simple scheduling settings and tracking analysis.
  • メールマーケティング用の資料収集や基本的なレイアウトデザインをサポートし、設定および分析を行います。
  • 支援電子郵件行銷資料的彙整與基礎設計，協助進行簡單的排程設定及追蹤分析。
• Data Analysis 數據分析 / データ分析
  • Assist in collecting sales and traffic data, performing basic data organization and chart creation, and supporting the preparation of data analysis reports.
  • 売上およびトラフィックデータの収集、基本的なデータ整理およびグラフ作成を行い、データ分析レポートの準備をサポートします。
  • 協助收集銷售和流量數據，進行基礎數據整理與圖表製作，協助資料分析報告的準備。

Other job conditions：

• Proficiency in using Canva software is a plus (not mandatory).
