Job Description
- Memonitor dan mengontrol proses pembayaran vendor, supplier, dan pembayaran rutin lainnya (seperti listrik, telepon, air, WiFi, pajak kendaraan operasional) agar dilakukan secara tepat waktu
- Memonitor dan memeriksa tampilan gedung (terkait perizinan, perpanjangan sewa, renovasi), pengadaan barang (meja, kursi, printer, alat tulis), serta infrastruktur (listrik, air, telepon, WiFi) untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional cabang secara efektif dan efisien
- Mengoordinasikan supplier/vendor terkait pemeliharaan infrastruktur cabang serta kebutuhan operasional agar proses kerja di cabang berjalan optimal
- Memperbarui dan melaporkan status pengajuan pengadaan barang dan infrastruktur melalui sistem (e-Form) sesuai kondisi di cabang kepada PIC cabang di area terkait, agar proses kerja lebih terkontrol oleh tim Head Office
- Memonitor pencatatan aset cabang dengan cara membandingkan data fisik dan data dalam sistem minimal satu kali dalam setahun, guna memastikan seluruh aset tercatat sesuai kondisi di lapangan
- Memberikan rekomendasi, melakukan negosiasi, dan analisis terhadap vendor/supplier guna mencapai kesepakatan harga terbaik
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 3.00
- Terbuka untuk fresh graduate
- Domisili Sulawesi Tenggara
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai General Affair
- Memahami proses perjanjian jual/sewa gedung
- Mengetahui cara merawat aset seperti mobil operasional, genset, dan lainnya
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia
