- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan debitur melalui strategi pengembangan jaringan Agency.
- Melakukan rekrutmen Business Agent (BA) sesuai dengan profil yang tepat guna mendukung pengembangan jaringan.
- Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan BA untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan produktivitas BA.
- Membina serta membantu BA dalam menyusun strategi agency yang efektif untuk menghasilkan calon debitur yang siap disurvey.
- Melakukan koordinasi rutin dengan PBF Head/Supervisor serta pihak terkait lainnya untuk memastikan kelancaran aktivitas harian.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 28 tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan, dengan IPK minimal 2.90.
- Memiliki SIM A atau C dan kendaraan pribadi.
- Ramah, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki disiplin kerja yang baik.
- Memiliki relasi atau jaringan di bidang yang relevan.
- Tidak memiliki ikatan kontrak dengan perusahaan lain.
- Berdomisili di Samarinda/Balikpapan atau wilayah sekitarnya.
- Pengalaman di bidang yang sama menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama 2 tahun.
