作為高級人工智慧工程師,您將主導最先進的生成式模型研究、設計與實作,應用於影像與視訊領域。憑藉您在深度學習與生成式 AI 的專業知識,您將推動創新,提升我們的影像與視訊技術能力。

職責:

  • 領導影像與視訊處理的先進演算法開發,包括影像修復、影像生成、超解析度(Super-Resolution)、影像增強、影像分割等。
  • 設計並實作影像處理、電腦視覺與深度學習技術,提出創新想法,以提升演算法效能與效率,解決真實世界的數據挑戰。
  • 與跨功能的軟硬體團隊緊密合作,優化演算法,以符合設備端的即時運算與記憶體限制,確保高效能運行。
  • 主導演算法的評估與優化,確保在多樣化環境與條件下保持穩定且卓越的表現。
  • 在軟體系統與平台中整合演算法,並與軟體工程師合作,確保無縫銜接與功能完善。
  • 追蹤電腦視覺與生成式 AI 的最新技術趨勢,主動探索並提出創新應用於產品與專案中。
  • 指導初級團隊成員,提供影像演算法開發、電腦視覺與深度學習技術的專業建議與支持。


Position Overview:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the research, design, and implementation of state-of-the-art generative models for image and video applications. Leveraging your expertise in deep learning and generative AI, you will drive innovation and contribute to the enhancement of our image and video applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of advanced algorithms for image and video processing, including image restoration, image generation, super-resolution, image enhancement, image segmentation, among others.
  • Drive the design and implementation of image processing, computer vision and deep learning technologies, proposing innovative ideas to enhance algorithm performance and efficiency and to address real-world data challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional software and hardware teams to optimize algorithms for efficient on-device real-time implementation, considering both computational and memory constraints.
  • Lead the evaluation and optimization of algorithms to ensure robust performance across diverse environments and conditions.
  • Provide technical leadership in the integration of algorithms into software systems and platforms, collaborating with software engineers to achieve seamless integration and functionality.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements and emerging technologies in computer vision, and proactively explore and propose innovative ideas for application in our products and projects.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise in algorithm development, computer vision, and deep learning technologies.

Requirements

  • 精通 Python、C++ 或其他相關程式語言,並具備至少 3 年深度學習框架(如 PyTorch) 的實作經驗。
  • 具備領導與執行 生成式模型專案的成功經驗,尤其是在 GANs、VAEs 及相關架構的訓練與微調,並具備至少 3 年 相關實作經驗與專案作品。
  • 熟練掌握機率論與最佳化(Optimization)等數學概念,並能應用於 AI 演算法設計與分析,擁有至少 2 年 穩定擴散(Stable Diffusion)及 ControlNet 訓練經驗者優先考慮。
  • 具備先進的 LLM Prompt EngineeringLLM 微調(Fine-tuning) 技術,如 LORA,能夠運用語言引導影像與視訊生成,並解決生成式 AI 的複雜挑戰,擁有至少 2 年相關經驗
  • 具備出色的領導力、溝通能力與團隊協作精神,營造有利於創新與合作的工作環境。具備電腦視覺、影像處理或多媒體技術 經驗者佳,且對攝影有興趣者 將被視為加分條件。

Requirements: 

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, along with a minimum of 3 years of extensive experience and expertise in deep learning principles, as well as practical implementation of neural networks for image and video processing.
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or similar.
  • Showcase a proven track record of leading and executing projects involving the training and fine-tuning of generative models, particularly GANs, VAEs, and related architectures, backed by a comprehensive portfolio of successful applications and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exhibit mastery in mathematical concepts including probability theory and optimization, adeptly applied to design and analyze AI algorithms, including advanced techniques like stable diffusion and ControlNet training, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in applying these concepts.
  • Possess extensive experience with advanced techniques such as LLM prompt engineering and LLM Fine-tuning techniques like LORA, for language-guided image and video generation, alongside exemplary problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset to address complex challenges in generative AI, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in such techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, fostering a conducive environment for teamwork and innovation, with prior experience in computer vision, image processing, or multimedia technologies being highly advantageous, and hobbyist photography experience viewed positively.
