Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ability to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ability to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ability to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ability to develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent internal communication skills
• Experience of end-to-end project management tools: Trello, GitLab, Microsoft Project, Kanban (asana, confluence), etc.
• Able to communicate between engineering and product / non-technical teams.

Pluses (Optional but preferred to have):

• PMP certified
• Entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience

• Experience working with fintech, DLT and/or other trading systems.
• Experience in blockchain ecosystems / infrastructure
• Advanced Degree in computer science, engineering, math/statistics, operations research, physics or related fields
