Reporting to the CMO, the Marketing Manager will serve as a key individual contributor, executing strategic initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless implementation of marketing efforts. This role is designed for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.

While titled as a "Manager," this role leans heavily towards hands-on execution, requiring an individual who can work across multiple teams and vendors to drive marketing outcomes. The Marketing Manager will act as the right-hand person to the CMO, supporting the implementation of brand, content, community, and performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution: Support the CMO in implementing strategic marketing initiatives across all digital and offline channels.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.

Content & Communications: Assist in content planning, production, and distribution across multiple platforms while maintaining consistency with the brand’s messaging and voice.

Community Development: Oversee community engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and fostering organic growth.

Performance Marketing Support: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing spend and audience targeting.

PR & Media Coordination: Assist with PR initiatives, including coordinating media outreach, managing press releases, and evaluating partnerships.

Event Marketing: Work with vendors and teams to organize and execute events that align with brand and business goals.

Budget & Performance Tracking: Track marketing expenditures, assess ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and growth teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial, fintech, crypto, or trading industries.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.

Proven experience in content marketing, community engagement, and digital advertising.

Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Asian languages a plus).

Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a remote and cross-functional environment.

Work Conditions:

Remote work with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

Occasional after-hours calls and travel may be required.

Preferred time zone: Singapore Standard Time (SST).
