We are an early-stage Web3 startup building a next-generation platform for trading exotic derivatives, options, and structured products on blockchain. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our product development initiatives. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and business, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment across teams and maintain clear priorities.
• Technical Oversight
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, dependencies, and risks.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable steps for stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology
  • Lead agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Adapt and refine processes to fit the needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Resolve project roadblocks quickly and efficiently.
• Stakeholder Communication
  • Provide regular project updates to the leadership team.
  • Ensure transparency around progress, challenges, and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of project management experience in tech, with knowledge of blockchain, fintech, or crypto-related projects.
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols.
• Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects using agile methodologies.
• Problem-Solver: Analytical thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing projects involving trading platforms, derivatives, or structured products.
• Familiarity with smart contract development and blockchain infrastructure.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
