• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth process for candidates from application to onboarding.
• Utilize knowledge of industry trends in trading, investment banking, hedge funds, startups, and web3 to identify key talent in these areas.
• Leverage expertise in talent acquisition and recruiting to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Stay updated on developments in the DeFi and exchange sectors to attract leading talent.
