Job Description
- Thực hiện cấu hình các module ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Problem) dưới sự hướng dẫn của các Developer.
- Viết và kiểm thử Business Rules, Client Scripts và Script Includes bằng JavaScript (GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
- Xây dựng và tùy chỉnh giao diện Service Portal widgets bằng HTML, CSS và AngularJS.
- Kiểm tra và khắc phục các vấn đề về giao diện bằng browser DevTools.
- Hỗ trợ cấu hình outbound REST messages và IntegrationHub spokes.
- Xử lý và phân tích JSON payloads trong script.
- Viết GlideRecord queries và hỗ trợ xây dựng báo cáo và Dashboard trên ServiceNow.
- Hiểu về table relationships và data filtering trong ServiceNow.
- Document update sets, scripts và các thay đổi trong cấu hình với technical notes bằng tiếng Anh rõ ràng.
Requirements
- Sinh viên chuyên ngành Khoa học Máy tính, Kỹ thuật Phần mềm hoặc Công nghệ Thông tin.
- Có kiến thức về JavaScript, HTML/CSS và Browser Fundamentals.
- Có kiến thức về SQL và Database Concepts.
- Hiểu về REST API và Web Services.
- Có kiến thức về Cache, Session và Cookie.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh ở mức Intermediate.
- Có Personal Project hoặc Portfolio là một lợi thế.
