Job Description

• Design and implement business applications/packages into the SCCM application framework
• Provide extensive troubleshooting in the installation and configuration of SCCM and diagnose SCCM desktop deployment issues (defects, errors, inconsistencies in system function, outputs, etc.) and perform root cause analyses
• Develop and test installation/uninstallation package/process for each packaged application.
• Drive the conversion of existing automated deployment tools and processes into SCCM
• Understand and Follow Packaging Process to meet monthly/yearly KPI.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles is highly preferred.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, front-end development with Angular, and backend logic with .NET Core is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit
• Experience in evaluate compatibility of programs with existing hardware and/or software features.
• Experience in application package troubleshooting and remediation
• Experience in identifying applications targeted to machine or user context and employing the correct deployment methodologies related to each instance.
• Strong knowledge in Packaging Process and troubleshooting of Virtual Machines, Windows 10, Windows Server 2016.
• Knowledge based on Application Whitelisting/Blacklisting & security
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
