Job Description

【Website & Tracking Management】
1. Own and manage the company website (WordPress) to ensure strong performance, usability, SEO, and lead generation.
2. Build and optimize landing pages to support campaigns and product launches.
3. Set up and maintain tracking systems (GTM, pixels) and ensure accurate website-to-Salesforce (SFDC) integration.
4. Analyze website performance and user behavior to drive actionable improvements.

【Digital Funnel Oversight】

1. Contribute to digital funnel strategy by aligning paid, email, and social initiatives with the website experience.
2. Support campaign execution (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
3. Assist with retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to improve ROI.
4. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across the digital journey.

Requirements

【Requirements】

  1. Hands-on experience managing websites with CMS platforms (primary WordPress)
  2. Strong knowledge of website tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking).
  3. Ability to design and optimize landing pages for lead generation.
  4. Experience ensuring website-to-CRM (Salesforce) integration.
  5. Solid understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

【Preferred Requirements】

  1. Experience supporting paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  2. Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization.
  3. Exposure to email marketing or marketing automation platforms.
  4. Ability to collaborate across creative, content, and sales teams.
