Design Quality Assurance (DQA) Engineer

Job Summary

As the Design Quality Assurance (DQA) Engineer, you will be a critical member of our quality assurance cycle, collaborating closely with software, hardware, and ingredient research and development teams to ensure the successful integration of high-quality products. This pivotal role involves reviewing and validating product designs, ensuring alignment with real-world user scenarios, and recommending design modifications to foster continuous improvement and maintain the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform verification tests across hardware and software dimensions.
• Plan and execute verification plans, including defining test strategies, criteria, and validation methodologies.
• Set up and manage test environments required for effective verification and validation
• Manage risk assessments and maintain risk management documentation throughout development.
• Ensure compliance with design control procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis of product failures, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in design quality assurance or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies, risk management, and relevant tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in industrial automation, food & beverage automation, or hardware-software integrated systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional software, hardware, and system engineering teams.
