Deputy General Director

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are partnering with An International Logistics Company, established for more than 25 years, to identify exceptional talent for the Deputy General Director position. We're seeking a skilled Deputy General Director to help manage the daily business, support company growth, and work closely with the General Director. This role is a great fit for someone who's strong in operations, team leadership, and planning for the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the General Director in overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything is running efficiently.
• Help develop and carry out strategies that support the company's long-term growth, including sales, finances, and team development.
• Represent the company in meetings with partners, clients, and industry events—building trust and promoting our brand.
• Make sure all business activities follow local laws and the company's internal policies.
• Keep leadership informed by regularly reporting on business performance, key projects, and progress towards goals.
• Assist in recruitment and team development to ensure the company has the right talent in place as it grows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related area. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Preferably experience in sales or managing important clients. Background in shipping, depots, or barge operations is a bonus.
• Skills: Great at communicating, solving problems, and working with others. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities are also important.
