KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Oversee the Trade Department's business team, managing over 10 Vietnamese and Taiwanese professionals, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Sales and Market Development: Drive business growth for international brands, OEM manufacturing, and local sales in Vietnam, with a focus on uncovering new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Market and Brand Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market and brand analysis to inform business strategies, focusing on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Client and Partner Engagement: Build and sustain strong client relationships and partnerships, positioning the company as a market leader. Conduct regular client visits and represent the company at domestic and international exhibitions, including trips to Ho Chi Minh City and events in Germany.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on goals and share market insights, ensuring cohesive business strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Report performance updates to the Vietnam General Manager, CEO in Taiwan, and Group Vice President, presenting analyses on market trends and project outcomes.
