有別於前期提供留學、遊學顧問的角色，美國求職顧問主要協助『已在赴美就讀大學/研究所的留學生』，提供專業諮詢服務之於美國簽證限制、在校規劃、求職策略、履歷技巧以及面試準備等。主要職責: 客戶服務與運營 (50%)：根據客戶需求提供專業的美國求職建議服務以及未來待辦事項、時程規劃等，管理客戶關係，並追蹤交付成果與時間表。優化內部流程提高效率。業務發展與成長 (50%)：建立與組織、大學及業界專業人士的戰略合作夥伴關係，管理社交媒體帳號，並辨別新的業務開發機會以協助公司擴展。 為何加入: 彈性工作時間與遠程工作環境。高度自主與專案擁有權。

About the Role We are looking for a full-time Professional Services Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping our clients succeed while also driving the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Client Services & Operations (50%) Deliver professional services to clients based on their needs.Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.Track and manage client accounts, deliverables, and timelines.Maintain and update internal client records.Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery. Business Development & Growth (50%) Develop strategic partnerships with organizations, universities, and industry professionals to expand the reach.Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.Identify new business opportunities to support the company’s expansion.
