We are looking for a full-time Client Service Lead to own and lead client delivery across our core consulting programs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, and has prior work experience in the U.S., with the ability to balance service delivery and light sales support.
You will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a high-quality, structured, and consistent experience from kickoff to closeout, while also supporting the sales team as a subject-matter expert during consultations.
🔑Key Responsibilities
Client Service Delivery (70%)
Lead end-to-end client engagements, from project kickoff through final closeout, ensuring all promised services are delivered on time and at a high standardDefine project milestones, manage timelines, and lead monthly client check-in meetings to track progress and outcomesDeliver core consulting services, including resume creation, career training, monthly mock interviews, and job search strategy executionDevelop and improve standardized career training materials to support service consistency and scalabilityCoordinate with advisors and project associates to ensure smooth service execution across multiple client accountsProactively identify risks, blockers, or client concerns and resolve them to maintain high satisfaction and retention
Sales Support Expertise (30%)
Serve as a U.S. job search domain expert during free consultations, supporting sales representatives during the pitching processAnswer client questions related to U.S. job searching, recruiting timelines, resumes, interviews, and hiring practices during the sales cycleProvide professional insights that help prospects understand program value and set realistic expectations
✅Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university in Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare, or ArtsAt least 1 year of full-time work experience in the U.S.Strong understanding of the U.S. job search process, including resumes, interviews, recruiting timelines, and job application platformsExperience in client-facing roles such as consulting, coaching, account management, or professional servicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and MandarinStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and execution-focused, ensuring high-quality service delivery and consistent follow-throughComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes and priorities
