這個職位將協助導入有效流量、優化轉換表現，並透過跨部門合作推動各類商品在不同檔期主題中的曝光與業績提升。
｜你將參與的任務｜
📌 操作 LINE、Meta、Google Ads 等數位媒體平台，依據商品與節慶主題規劃廣宣策略並執行
📌 撰寫與審核廣告文案、素材規格校對與進稿追蹤
📌 每週至每季進行數據彙整與廣告成效報告分析，提出優化建議
📌 協助跨部門行銷提案與時程溝通，維持執行效率與行銷節奏
📌 不需假日oncall，僅需於上班時段觀測與即時調整廣告
Requirements
｜我們希望你具備｜
- 熟悉 Google Analytics（GA4）、Meta 商務後台、Excel / PowerPoint 等工具
- 至少2年以上廣告操作經驗，擅長以轉換為導向的投放策略
- 能獨立分析數據，提出符合商業目標的優化建議
- 具備撰寫商品行銷文案能力，能針對不同產品定位精準溝通
- 細心、有條理，能有效管理多樣商品與檔期規劃資訊
- 擅長跨部門協作，能積極溝通並與其他單位共同推進專案目標
｜加分項目｜
✔ 熟悉 LINE OA／LINE Ads Platform 操作
✔ 有大型電商平台或多品類廣告操作經驗
✔ 具備行銷活動結案分析、A/B 測試操作經驗
