About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Professional Services Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping our clients succeed while also driving the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services & Operations (50%)

  • Deliver professional services to clients based on their needs.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Track and manage client accounts, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Maintain and update internal client records.
  • Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.

Business Development & Growth (50%)

  • Develop strategic partnerships with organizations, universities, and industry professionals to expand the reach.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support the company’s expansion.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, U.S. job application platforms (LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, etc.), and U.S. job searching processes – Helps streamline client services and job search strategies.
  • Experience with social media management, digital ads, SEO, content creation, or online community engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills – Ability to manage multiple client accounts, social media, and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in client records, job applications, and social media content.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams professionally.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability – Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and finding solutions to challenges proactively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive – Takes initiative, works independently, and follows through on tasks without constant supervision.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – Useful for documentation, reports, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have, But Not Required)

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a U.S. university in Business, Engineering, or a related field – Familiarity with the U.S. education system and job market.
  • Previous work or internship experience in the U.S.
  • Experience in human resources or career consulting.
  • Prior experience in a startup, consulting firm, or client-facing role – Demonstrates adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports – Supports decision-making and process optimization.
  • Experience in event planning or partnership outreach – Enhances business development efforts.
