Tech Lead SAP HCM (Our Client in IT Consulting Industry)

The role has the responsibility to work on the following description:

1. Made and ever completed the business requirement, business process / data flow diagram dan solution design of SAP implementation (module) under PM & TL work request.
2. Made and ever completed the blueprint of SAP implementation (respective module) under PM & TL work request.
3. Made and ever completed the SAP setup, parameterized and configuration (respective module) under PM & TL work request.
4. Make and propose project timeline, SAP implementation & rollouts, budget (related SAP & resources), progress and any changes by following the project management frame work.
5. Understand the project management roles, work with all shareholder, IT team client and other consultant/vendor

The ideal candidate would have the following experiences:

1. S1 Informatics / Information Technology / other similar fields which has same experienced & key skill set.
2. Has Experienced on SAP R3 / SAP S/4-Hana respective modules, at least 6 - 8 years.
3. Has Knowledge on the business processing of HCM.
4. Discussed with user to collect requirements and providing & finalize business requirement document (BRD and HLD) & get approval till BU head level.
5. Has Knowledge on SAP R3 /ECC dan SAP Hana related modules (HCM).
6. Has experienced in SAP data management & Data migration (older version to new version and from ERP Non SAP to HANA).
7. Providing technical document related changes management & release in SAP (Blueprint, BRD, FSD & TSD), user guide & manual SAP operating.
8. At least has knowledge on SAP / HANA implementation steps, SAP Instalation, SAP Configuration,
9. Data migration, Unit testing, Security & Patches, dan SAP deployment procedure.
