你將加入一個專注打造高效能產品體驗的技術團隊，負責 Web 應用的核心功能開發與持續優化，包括但不限於：

開發與改善產品中的關鍵前端功能，確保安全性、效能與測試覆蓋率

與產品經理、設計師、工程團隊密切合作，將需求轉化為使用者友善的功能

提升程式碼可維護性與團隊開發效率，參與重構與最佳化工程

協助改善整體使用者體驗，並針對前端使用邏輯進行創新提案

主動參與 code review 與團隊技術討論，提升整體開發品質

積極參與知識分享文化，持續學習與協作，幫助團隊共同成長
-
依循開發流程，穩定且高頻地交付可用功能
Requirements
- 熟悉 JavaScript / TypeScript、HTML5、CSS3 等前端技術
- 熟悉 React、Vue、Angular 等現代前端框架（至少其中一種）
- 熟悉 Git 操作，能於團隊協作環境中順利作業
- 具備基礎網頁效能、瀏覽器行為的理解（如事件循環、DOM 操作等）
- 具備清晰的技術表達能力，能與跨部門協作並提出解決方案
- 積極主動，樂於參與團隊討論並主動提出改進建議
- 具英文閱讀與溝通能力，能理解文件、簡報與簡易討論
