Responsibilities
【職務說明】
- 本職位將負責集團之策略性投資與私募基金相關業務，包含投資機會開發、產業研究、投資架構設計與專案推進，並協助集團於國內外市場發掘具潛力之投資標的。需具備產業研究與財務分析雙重能力，能獨立進行可行性評估並整合多方利害關係人，推動大型投資專案順利落地。
- 【工作內容】
- 主導投資標的案源開發、初步評估與深入盡職調查作業（含國內外現場實勘）。
- 撰寫投資提案與建議書，設計投資架構，協助內部投資決策流程推進。
- 建構並維護投資財務模型，進行資金報酬與風險評估。
- 追蹤投資後專案執行進度，進行跨部門協調與利害關係人管理。
- 深入研究海外市場與新興科技產業，掌握產業趨勢與商機。
- 協助審閱相關法遵與投資文件，確保程序合規與時效性。
Requirements
- 3年以上策略投資、私募基金或創投相關實務經驗。
- 具備產業研究與財務分析整合能力。
- 優秀的溝通與簡報能力，能與跨國團隊及外部機構有效協作。
- 高抗壓性、具備團隊合作精神與自我驅動力。
