As part of the Consumer Banking Group’s Taiwan Data Chapter, this role leads a high-impact team focused on enabling smarter, faster decision-making and enhancing customer engagement through advanced data analytics.

About the Role:

As the Business Analytics Team Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of analysts dedicated to the consumer banking business. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, setting strategic goals, and using AI and analytics to achieve business KPIs. This includes collaborating with senior management, strategizing with business stakeholders, and implementing high-impact solutions like Control Towers and interactive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Data Strategy: Lead data-driven initiatives to support business growth for CUL products, including cards and personal loans.
• Develop Insights and Impact: Use advanced analytics to uncover customer behavior trends, optimize engagement, and drive strategic marketing campaigns.
• Enhance Data Capabilities: Mentor your team in data analytics skillsets, leveraging modern platforms (e.g., Python, PySpark) to increase analytical efficiency.
• Create Control Towers: As a subject matter expert, advocate for Control Tower adoption to support automated, insight-driven decisions.
• Foster Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Martech, Credit, Finance) to create seamless customer journeys and support impactful business outcomes.

Technical Stack and Tools:

• Data Analytics Platform: ADA platform, Python, PySpark
• Analytical Models: Predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning for automation
• Data Techniques: Control Towers, dashboards, customer journey mapping

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 10+ years in data analytics and business intelligence, with a track record in managing analytics product delivery.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to extract insights, handle complex datasets, and ensure precision.
• Leadership and Communication: Skilled in storytelling, able to simplify complex data concepts, and influence decision-making among senior stakeholders.
• Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about driving organizational transformation and adopting enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Preferred Skills: Background in banking, hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and big data manipulation, and strong English communication skills.
