Job Description
1. Monitor daily WIP movements through Bump, CP, Assy, and FT.
2. Analyze customer forecast evaluations for the US, EU, and TW regions.
3. Support ES and CS scheduling and output planning to meet customer demand on time, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company and customer targets.
4. Review material liability status and take actions to minimize financial impact.
5. Ensure timely delivery performance and identify risks to output supply for customer demand.
6. Gather customer requests and feedback to ensure that changes are implemented appropriately.
7. Manage customer visits, arrange meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Requirements
1. At least 5 years of experience in account planning within the semiconductor industry, with a primary focus on customer coordination.
2. Experience with relevant ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle).
3. Background in production/NPI with strong negotiation skills.
4. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 800
6. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
