我們是一個致力於將人工智慧（AI）與機器學習（ML）應用於協助半導體產業的小型軟體開發團隊。作為集團的一部分，我們擁有獨特的晶圓代工和設計專業知識，並且與深具技術背景的同事合作。
這是個新創的環境，正在積極尋找對AI研發落地有興趣的你，能更踴躍提出你所發想的可能性並落實。
Requirements
我們理解半導體是個廣泛且極具挑戰性的領域，而AI/ML知識也屬於高度專業化的技能，因此候選人不需擁有全部相關背景知識。然而，我們期待候選人擁有高度的學習動機、強大的邏輯推理能力，並熱愛技術挑戰。此職位的成功很大程度上依賴於工作中的學習，特別是與半導體製程及或軟體開發相關的知識。
理想條件
理想候選人需具備2年以上生產環境中的軟體開發經驗，並有部署至生產環境的實際經歷。候選人必須熟練掌握至少一種程式語言。熟悉Python為佳，但不是必要條件。我們環境也不限制於 Python
基本條件
- 熟練掌握至少一種程式語言
- 熟悉程式碼重構
- 熟悉測試驅動開發（TDD）
- 具備持續整合與持續部署（CI/CD）經驗
- 具備模型優化或統計相關經驗
- 熟悉版本控制工具
- 熟悉性能分析與效能調校
加分條件
- 熟練不同族群的程式語言（如 C++, haskell, ocaml, erlang, LISP, verilog）
- 具備AI/機器學習方法的經驗
- 擁有半導體製程相關知識或興趣
- 熟悉終端操作環境
- 具備需求分析或與使用者互動經驗
- 具備平行/分散式運算經驗
