JD：
- 技術差距識別：分析組織現有架構與目標架構之間的差異，並制定改進計畫。
- 實施與優化：負責在組織內部推動架構模組與「中腦」的部署與實施。
- 技術文件管理：負責組織內部架構部署的技術文檔管理與維護。
Requirements
- 技術模組開發經驗：7 年以上開發經驗。
- 數據開發經驗：5 年以上數據開發經驗（如 ETL）。
- 軟體開發技能：8 年以上軟體架構設計經驗，並具備設計模式的專業知識。
- 中間件操作專業知識：6 年以上中間件操作經驗（如 Kubernetes）。
- AI 開發知識：4 年以上 AI 解決方案開發經驗（如機器學習模型）。
