- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or headhunting in Software Development Industry.
- Solid understanding of technical roles such as software engineers, data engineers, and IT professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
