Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in executing strategic business decisions and strengthening the leadership skills and readiness of global managers.
• Lead and implement change management strategies and communication plans.
• Take a proactive approach in supporting or proposing recommendations to foster a positive internal culture and drive transformative changes beneficial to both people and the Taiwan business.
• Develop, implement, or devise new annual Learning and Development plans to elevate the workforce and align with the organization's evolving needs for enhanced capabilities.
• Act as a strategic partner to Business Unit Heads, General Managers, HR Directors, and regional teams in spearheading transformations, including Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, succession planning, among others.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and offer improvement strategies based on the outcomes.
• Collaborate with various HR teams on talent initiatives and projects that span across departments.

•  Bachelor degree and above.
• Minimal 5 years of experience in L&D field is preferred in a multinational environment.
• Collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Capability to coach and transfer knowledge.
