Job Description

Senior management and leadership position in Taiwan reporting into US VP of Software Engineering, to head up local software engineering teams, to engineer, innovate, and deliver our industry-leading Technical product lines.
Develop, hire, and lead the local software teams’ growth in capacity and competence, and drive towards concurrent collaboration and delivery as an integrated unit with the US HQ Software teams
Requirements
-
Preach and practice software engineering concepts and knowledge with fundamentally sound and in-depth skills
Manage with experiences in both people as well as technology in small- to-medium sized teams in a high-growth and dynamic environment
Motivate direct reports and influence and drive others with energetic and infectious leadership style
Exuberate leadership abilities, including ownership, agility, and drive with customer focus and quality-of-results mindset
15 years of diverse experiences in the Semiconductor industry with minimum 5 years of managing a large-scale software project with 25+ people
