工作內容：
- 短影音行銷素材，腳本發想及內容撰寫
- 短影音主題企劃，熟悉 IG Reels短影音創作，有豐富經驗
- 有網感，常常看各種影片，創作力佳 掌握流量， 能抓住觀眾喜好
- 擅長短影音變現規劃
- 蒐集市場資料，研究影音趨勢
- 對影音趨勢、時事迷因、影音笑點節奏有極高敏感度。
- 具備分鏡概念，後製和剪輯能力。

Requirements
必要條件：
- 有短影製作思維&相關工作經驗
- 熟悉自媒體平台各社群使用及操作模式 (包含IG/FB/YouTube/Tiktok)
- 對時下議題、趨勢有高度敏銳度，並具創意發想
- 擁有獨立執行並完成創意企劃的能力
- 主動積極、細心負責、執行效率佳
- 孰悉網路行銷，對社群媒體操作有熱忱，能創意發想貼文方式和文案內容
- 能以消費者的角度思考，熟悉網路社群，掌握潮流趨勢， 對美感需具備高度敏感度
