【職位職責】
🔹 分析海外市場趨勢與競業資料，提出具策略意義的行銷與風控建議
🔹 對海外個金業務進行客群分群、行為洞察與風險評估
🔹 發掘數據價值並結合業務需求，設計可落地的資料應用方案
🔹 主導專案計畫，管理資源、排程與成效追蹤
🔹 跨部門協作，作為數據專業顧問，推動資料驅動的決策文化
🔹 支援區域團隊需求，必要時進行東南亞市場短期出差
【職位要求】
✔ 至少 5 年以上資料分析或商業分析經驗，具金融、保險或新創電商背景尤佳
✔ 熟悉資料分析工具（如 Python、SQL、SAS、R 之一或以上）
✔ 具備金融行銷、風控或業務策略經驗尤佳
✔ 能獨立撰寫分析報告、提案，並有效溝通分析價值與洞察
✔ 邏輯清晰，具備策略性思維與跨文化溝通能力
✔ 中英文流利，能撰寫英文分析報告並進行國際協作
