你將負責的核心任務
- 產品設計：負責從需求訪談、PRD 撰寫、Wireframe 規劃到 UX/UI 設計，確保產品貼近市場需求。
- 專案管理：掌控開發進度，協調開發團隊、設計師、外部夥伴，確保項目順利落地。
- 數據監控：建立產品數據追蹤機制，分析轉換率、用戶行為，為產品迭代提供依據。
- 流程優化：優化產品開發與營運流程，提升效率與產品品質。
Requirements
【必備條件】
- 3 年以上產品管理 (PM/PD) 經驗，具 SaaS 或 B2C 產品開發背景尤佳。
- 具備 UX/UI 設計概念，熟悉 Figma、PRD 撰寫。
- 具備獨立執行能力，能主導產品決策、推動跨部門合作。
- 以數據為核心，能夠透過 A/B 測試與數據分析驅動決策。
- 良好的溝通與協作能力，能在不同利害關係人間建立共識。
【加分條件】
- 參與過新創產品從 1 → 10 的成長階段。
- 曾主導 SaaS 產品開發，或有 AI 相關應用經驗。
- 熱愛探索新產品、新工具、新技術，並能實際應用。
- 具備 PD 背景，熟悉設計思維與產品開發流程。
