Job Description
- Manage ERP data to ensure the accuracy of the ERP database and oversee lot tracking.
- Reconcile system data with factory data to ensure alignment.
- Review and approve production invoices.
- Address and support various requests from the factory.
- Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance and identify trends.Prepare and present reports on production metrics, inventory levels, and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in supply chain or a similar area.
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles and processes.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
