｜任務將包括｜
-
負責新客導流與流量專案的規劃與執行，整合社群、內容與廣告工具

規劃並落實日常促購活動，搭配選品主題與檔期操作
撰寫並優化行銷素材與活動文案，提升轉換與互動
-
分析活動表現，產出簡報報告，提供優化方向
-
跨部門協作（商品、設計、客服等），確保專案落地執行
Requirements
｜期待具備｜
- 熟悉電商營運邏輯與數位行銷操作，有流量經營與廣告操作經驗（Meta / Google）
- 能獨立管理行銷專案，具時間控管與資源協調能力
- 具邏輯與數據導向思維，能將數據轉化為具體行動建議
- 熟悉簡報製作與報表彙整能力，有基本圖文編輯能力尤佳
- 對日本文化、生活選品、電商趨勢有一定敏感度
Interview process

- 2nd Round: Hiring Manager /Onsite interview - Presentation
- 3rd Round: CEO / Onsite or Online interview
