Responsibilities

Seeking an ERP/CRM Systems Specialist to deliver tailored solutions and automation within NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot, enhancing business efficiency and data accuracy. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop ERP/CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Managing system features, workflows, and automations, focusing on process optimization.
• Leading automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and ensure seamless integration.
• Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite and CRM users.
• Creating comprehensive documentation to support system adoption and training.

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in NetSuite administration/development, with knowledge of business process automation.
• Strong communication skills in English, experience with API integration and data migration, proficiency in JavaScript, REST API, and GraphQL.

Preferred:

• Expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot; NetSuite certifications.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Familiarity with SCM, CI/CD, Docker, React, and modern web technologies.
