工作內容
技術主管將負責：
- 證券與期貨業務：熟悉國內外證券與期貨市場的前、中台相關業務。
- 系統架構規劃：負責平台系統的架構設計、開發、整合與執行。
- 專案管理：具備專案管理與規劃能力，確保專案順利完成。
- 跨部門協作：善於跨部門溝通與協調，推動技術與業務目標的一致性。
- 團隊領導：具備出色的團隊領導與管理能力，提升團隊整體技術水準。
Requirements
- 學歷背景：資訊工程、電機工程相關科系碩士以上學歷。
- 工作經驗：5年以上技術團隊管理經驗，熟悉高併發系統開發。
- 技術專長：平台系統架構設計與整合，具備專案管理經驗。
- 溝通能力：良好的跨部門溝通與協調能力。
- 領導能力：具備團隊領導與管理能力。
- 熟悉Java或其它程式語言
- 有證券與期貨業務經驗尤佳
