- 技術策略和規劃： 制定和執行公司的技術策略，確保技術架構能夠滿足業務需求和市場趨勢。
- 團隊領導： 管理和發展技術團隊，協助他們實現高效的團隊運營和個人成長。
- 產品開發：負責大型專案的企劃與管理
- 安全性和合規性： 確保我們的技術解決方案符合相關的安全性和合規性標準，並制定相應的安全措施。
- 技術創新： 積極參與新技術的研究和評估，並將其應用於我們的產品和服務中。
- 合作與溝通： 與其他部門合作，建立良好的開發文化和環境

Requirements
- 5年以上管理軟體開發團隊的經驗
- 有大型網站開發、解決高流量與高併發相關系統經驗
- 出色的跨部門溝通與協調能力
- 技術架構設計經驗，包括後端系統、前端應用、數據庫等
- 熟悉敏捷開發的流程與應用
