【工作內容】
- 策略規劃與跨國對接：作為台灣 IT 負責人，將台灣營運需求（辦公室及零售門市）與海外總部及亞太區 IT 策略進行深度串接與整合。
- 核心系統升級與移轉：主導並協助推動台灣區傳統營運系統（AS400）順利移轉與銜接至 SAP 系統，確保業務無縫平行運作。
- 日常營運與團隊管理：帶領在地 IT 團隊（包含正職與外包人力），維運全台零售門市 POS 系統、內部軟硬體基礎設施與服務系統。
- 預算與供應商管理：編列與控管年度 IT 資本支出（CAPEX）預算，並管理外部合作夥伴（如 Accenture 等全球/在地 Vendors）之服務交付品質。
- 資訊安全與合規：遵循 Global & Regional IT 安全規範，確保資料安全、網路存取及備份機制之完善實施。
【使用的技術與系統】
- ERP System: SAP ERP, IBM AS400 System Migration
- Retail Technology: Retail POS Systems, Omni-channel / eCommerce Platforms
- IT Infrastructure: Infrastructure Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), Network & Data Security
Requirements
【需求條件】
- 5 年以上中大型跨國企業（MNC）之 IT Manager 或 Head 之管理經驗。
- 具備 ERP 系統（特別是 SAP 實務經驗）及大型系統移轉（Migration）專案管理經驗者佳。
- 熟悉零售（Retail）或消費品（FMCG）產業營運，具備 POS 門市系統及電商平台支援經驗。
- 具備流利且優秀的英文溝通與撰寫能力（需與香港/海外 Global IT Team 進行無障礙溝通）。
- 具備出色的跨部門溝通、問題解決能力，以及優異的跨國團隊協作與溝通技巧。
