我們是一家在業界具備高度指標性的通訊大型上市企業。在這裡，你將擁有豐沛的集團資源與穩定的發展舞台，我們正在尋找一位具備敏銳市場洞察力的「整合行銷企劃（Sr. / Jr.) 」加入我們約 20 人的菁英行銷團隊。

【你將負責的工作內容】
- 品牌整合與異業合作：主導品牌整合行銷專案，規劃並執行季度品牌異業聯名宣傳，以及銀行 / 支付工具的行銷合作
- 數位媒體與廣告採購：制定數位媒體廣告預算，執行廣告採購與投放策略
- 數據分析與成效追蹤：負責廣告成效數據的整理與報表分析，從數據中萃取洞察以優化後續行銷漏斗
- 數位資產與預算管理：管理與維護 GA4、廣告帳戶、UTM、Meta 企業管理平台等數位資產、行銷預算編列

Requirements
【我們期待你具備的條件】
- 經驗與學歷：具備 3 年以上數位行銷與品牌整合行銷實務經驗
- 語言能力：英文能力中等以上
- 軟性實力：具備高 EQ 與出色的利害關係人管理能力，重視團隊和諧，能適應具備完善制度的大型企業文化
【加分條件】
- 具備豐富的媒體廣告投放經驗
- 曾於廣告或媒體代理商任職，或有豐富的代理商協作與管理經驗
Interview process
第一階段為單位主管面試（視情況安排 Online 或 Onsite），通過後將另行安排第二階段複試
