【Job Description】
1、非博弈產業，無需出國外派。
2、沒有業績壓力，無需陌生開發 。
3、文字解答客戶疑問，協助客戶解決問題，記錄客戶反饋，跟進追蹤客戶情況。
4、接聽客戶來電，對客戶進行電話回訪，並記錄反饋和相關資料。
5、核查和整理客戶資料提交上級，定期向上級回報工作情況。
6、確保部門工作正常，提出改善建議。
Requirements
【Must have】
1、基本資料填寫。
2、打字測驗、文字能力測驗。
【Preferred】
1、具有責任心和同理心。
2、具備電腦操作能力，熟悉Word、Excel者優先考慮。
3、擅長打字，每分鐘60字或以上。
4、具備良好流暢的文字和語言溝通表達能力。
