【職務內容】

• In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing complex distributed systems that support real-time interactions in an immersive product. This product is even more intricate than a massively multiplayer online game (MMO) and involves 3D collaboration.
• As a Lead Engineer in our immersive technology company, it's crucial to deeply understand our products and empathize with our users. You should be driven by a strong desire to enhance, suggest improvements, create designs, and build scalable backend systems that ensure low-latency interactions across various platforms, including desktop, mobile devices, design tablets, AR (Augmented Reality), VR (Virtual Reality), and more.
• You are well-versed in the concepts of Proof of Concept (PoC), Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and full-scale production development. You can effectively balance the quality aspects (such as scalability, reliability, extensibility, and flexibility) of the systems you're delivering while adhering to project timelines.
• With a solid foundation in engineering, you possess a strong motivation to continuously acquire new skills and knowledge in cutting-edge technologies. You're always eager to experiment, propose innovative solutions, redesign existing approaches, and refactor code to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and minimize the need for manual interventions to simplify maintenance.

【必要條件】

we are seeking a candidate based in Taiwan with a strong educational background and versatile programming skills in Golang or Java. This individual should have experience in developing and maintaining distributed systems, possess a proactive learning attitude, and be ready to engage in live operations and legacy system improvements. Problem-solving skills, containerization expertise, and knowledge of scalable systems and modern infrastructure tools are highly valued. Additionally, a solid grasp of network protocols and load balancing is essential for this role.
