【職位職責】
🔹 設計與建置穩定的大數據處理流程與資料管線，確保資料的準確性與即時性
🔹 負責從 GCP、AWS、ES 等平台擷取原始資料，並透過 Glue、Workflow 等進行清洗與轉換
🔹 維護與優化 Elasticsearch 等關鍵資料系統，確保查詢效率與資料完整性
🔹 根據業務需求撰寫 ETL 流程與資料清洗邏輯，並持續監控資料品質
🔹 撰寫與維護工程文件、資料字典、流程註解，強化團隊知識共享
🔹 與分析師、PM 與業務部門密切合作，提供技術支援與資料解釋
🔹 研究並導入最新數據技術與工具，強化資料處理效率與系統彈性
【職位要求】
✔ 擁有 3 年以上資料工程、數據基礎建設或雲端開發經驗
✔ 熟悉 Python 與 SQL，具備良好程式設計與資料邏輯能力
✔ 熟悉雲端資料處理平台，如 AWS Athena、Glue、GCP BigQuery 等
✔ 具備 Elasticsearch 操作與入庫流程實務經驗者尤佳
✔ 熟悉資料治理、資料品質控管、資料字典維運者優先考慮
✔ 熟悉數據架構與資料流程設計，具獨立規劃與維運能力
✔ 具備良好跨部門溝通能力與文件撰寫能力
✔ 擁有跨團隊數據專案參與經驗者，將有助於快速上手本職務
